We’ve decided to transition to a calendar year (January 1 – December 31) earning period for your M life Rewards Tier Status. For 2020, that means you have an additional 3 months to earn status that you will enjoy for all of 2021, until January 31, 2022.

On January 1, 2021, we will reset all M life Rewards Tier Credit balances to zero (0) for all members for the 2021 Tier Status Earning Year for your M life Tier Status Benefit Year that will be valid February 1, 2022 – January 31, 2023. This does not affect anyone who earned Tier Status in 2019 or 2020. Your Tier Status and benefits will be valid until January 31, 2022 as previously noted.

That is correct. There is now a Tier Status Earning year that will be based on a Calendar Year, January 1 – December 31. There will also now be a Tier Status Benefits Year which will be February 1 – January 31. You earn Tier Credits from January 1 – December 31 of each year and your accumulated Tier Credits will determine your Tier Status for the coming Tier Status Benefits year. You will enjoy your Tier Status from February 1 – January 31 of the following year.

iRewards Points (iRPs) are the loyalty points you earn every time you place a wager; they can be redeemed for perks and special offers in the online Loyalty Store. You also earn Tier Credits for all of your wagers; each Tier Credit earned contributes towards your M life Tier Level Status.

M life Rewards members can now earn iRPS and Tier Credits by playing slots, table games and poker at Borgata Online.

You earn iRPs based on the games you are playing and your Tier Status. The higher your Tier Status, the higher your iRPs earning rate will be.

All users start at Sapphire level and earn base iRPs; Pearl players earn base iRPs plus 10% bonus iRPs; Gold players earn base iRPs plus 20% Bonus iRPs; Platinum players earn base iRPs plus 30% bonus iRPs; Noir players earn base iRPs plus 40% Bonus iRPs.Tier credits will be same as the base iRPs earned.

Your Express Comps will usually be credited to your M life Rewards account within 72 hours. In exceptional cases, the status of your order will remain in Pending state and it might take up to 7 business days to process your request.

iRewards Points are valid for 180 days from the date you earn them. On the first day of every month, all iRPs in your account that are older than 180 days will expire.

No, you cannot cancel an item already redeemed.
