• Real money poker play results in earning BRPs for poker cash games which are used to track play.
• Player will earn loyalty points (BRPs) for all poker cash games raked $0.10/$0.25 and higher.
• Players must earn 25 BRPs each day between 12:01 AM and 11:59 PM. Earn BRPs playing poker cash games $0.10/$0.25 or higher during the promotional period. Players may only participate once a day.
• Tournament Tickets can only be used for the Borgata qualifiers running until December 23, 2022.
• $1 SPINS Tickets expire fourteen (14) days from issue.
• The Return Poker Pick-a-Card prizes will be credited to the player’s account within 24 hours.

Poker Bonus Requirements:

• Players must earn 25 BRPs each day between 12:01 AM and 11:59 PM. Earn BRPs playing poker cash games $0.10/$0.25 or higher during the promotional period. One (1) win per player per day.

Order of Funds Used for Wagering:

• Tournament Tickets can only be used for the Borgata qualifiers running until December 23, 2022.
• $1 SPINS Tickets expire fourteen (14) days from issue.

Eligible Games:

• All poker cash games $0.10/$0.25 and higher.

Restrictions on Withdrawal:

• Qualifier tickets and SPINS tickets are not withdrawable.

Cancellation:

• Promotion is offered subject to and conditional upon the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board’s continuing regulatory approval of the Borgata PA Poker site. Should such regulatory approval be withdrawn for any reason prior to the end of the promotion, this promotion shall be null and void. Any bonus earned before approval is withdrawn will nonetheless be credited to the player’s account.
• Borgata PA Poker reserves the right to alter, discontinue or terminate any promotion, or any aspect of it, at any time, with or without notice, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if there has been any printing, production, distribution or other error in any promotion communication or on the platform, or where there has been any error in the preparation for or conduct of any promotion affecting the result of the promotion or the number of participants or the value of claims.
