Description of Promotion:

• Earn one (1) entry into the $10,000 Sweepstakes for each Qualifying Wager on an Eligible Game that results in a Natural Blackjack. A player may earn a maximum of fifty (50) entries but may win no more than one (1) prize. If a previously selected player is drawn again, another entry will be drawn.
  • “Natural Blackjack” means an initial two-card hand consisting of an ace and a ten-value card that is recognized and settled by the Eligible Game as a blackjack. A hand totaling twenty-one (21) following a split or after drawing one or more additional cards does not constitute a Natural Blackjack.
  • “Qualifying Wager” means an initial real-money wager of at least twenty-five dollars ($25) placed on the main blackjack betting position in an Eligible Game. Side bets, insurance wagers, additional amounts wagered after doubling down, and wagers placed using Bonus Dollars or other promotional funds are not Qualifying Wagers.
  • A player will receive one (1) entry for each Qualifying Wager that results in a Natural Blackjack. If a player places Qualifying Wagers on multiple permitted betting positions during the same round, each qualifying position that independently results in a Natural Blackjack will earn one (1) entry.
  • NO PURCHASE OR WAGER NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR WAGER WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. To enter without wagering, Participants may enter the Promotion via the AMOE. Participants may earn their fifty (50) maximum entries by providing the Participant’s first name, last name, and Borgata Online email address in the Live Dealer Halloween Sweepstakes Submission Form (https://forms.cloud.microsoft/e/zywALWtRMM) regardless of multiple submissions. Each free entry will be treated the same as an entry earned through a Qualifying Wager. Void where prohibited.
• Five (5) winners will each receive $2,000 in Bonus Dollars (total prize value: $10,000).
• Bonus Dollars are valid for seven (7) days after issuance.
• Sweepstakes Drawing and Selection of Winners
  • On or about November 2, 2026, Sponsor or its authorized designee will select five (5) winners by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotional Period. Each player may win no more than one (1) prize. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
  • Each potential winner is subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Terms and Conditions. A potential winner is not a confirmed winner unless and until Sponsor has completed all required verification.
  • Potential winners will be notified using the email address, telephone number, in-app message, or other contact information associated with their Account. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the period specified in the notification, is determined to be ineligible, or fails to satisfy any verification requirement, the potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate potential winner may be selected by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.

Promotional Period:

• This Promotion runs from 12:00 AM ET on October 22, 2026, through 11:59 PM ET on October 31, 2026 (the “Promotional Period”).

Eligibility:

• Borgata Online account (“Account”) holders.
• To be eligible, players must be 21 years of age or older, be playing physically within New Jersey or Pennsylvania, not be on an exclusion or self-exclusion list, and not otherwise be an Unauthorized Person (as defined in the Terms of Service).
• All personal and contact data associated with the player’s Account must be verifiable.

Action Required:

• Once opted in, place a Qualifying Wager on an Eligible Game and hit a Natural Blackjack to earn one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.

• Alternative Method of Entry (“AMOE”) – Submission Form: Participants may enter the Promotion via the AMOE. Participants may earn their fifty (50) maximum entries by providing the Participant’s first name, last name, and Borgata Online email address in the Live Dealer Halloween Sweepstakes Submission Form (https://forms.cloud.microsoft/e/zywALWtRMM) regardless of multiple submissions. To receive the maximum number of entries via the AMOE, you must submit one (1) form as described above. Submission form entry must be received during Promotional Period in order to qualify.
• Wagers that are cancelled, voided, refunded, reversed, or not finally settled due to a technical interruption, game malfunction, disconnection, correction, or other reason will not earn an entry. If a qualifying game result is later corrected or reversed, any entry generated from that result may also be voided. Sponsor’s applicable game and transaction records will control, subject to applicable law.

Claiming Promotion Offer:

• Bonus Dollars will be credited to the confirmed winner’s Account within [X] business days after the winner’s eligibility has been verified. No Bonus Dollars are awarded solely for completing a Qualifying Wager or earning an entry.
• $2,000 is the maximum Bonus Dollars a player can win from the Sweepstakes. Five (5) winners will receive a total of $10,000 in Bonus Dollars.

Limitations on Participation:

Wagering Requirement:

• To Earn an Entry into the Sweepstakes
  • The player must place a Qualifying Wager, and achieve a Natural Blackjack, on any 7-seat Live Dealer Blackjack to receive an entry into the Sweepstakes.
  • A player may earn a maximum number of fifty (50) eligible entries but may receive no more than one (1) prize under this Promotion. If a player who has already been selected is selected again, another entry will be drawn.
  • “Natural Blackjack” means an initial two-card hand consisting of an ace and a ten-value card that is recognized and settled by the Eligible Game as a blackjack. A hand totaling twenty-one (21) following a split or after drawing one or more additional cards does not constitute a Natural Blackjack.
• To Use Bonus Dollars
  • The Wagering Requirement is 1x the Bonus Dollars amount; for every $1 in Bonus Dollars, the player must wager $1. The Wagering Requirement will display as 1x in your Account. Because Live Dealer Blackjack contributes 20% toward the Wagering Requirement, the effective playthrough is 5x.
  • The player has seven (7) days following the Bonus Dollars aresuance to complete the Wagering Requirement.
  • Only play on Live Dealer Blackjack games counts toward the Wagering Requirement.
  • Players can opt in to multiple bonus promotions at any given time, however, they can only contribute to wagering requirements or release restrictions for one (1) bonus promotion at a time. Wagering Requirements and release restrictions apply to the first activated bonus promotion unless the player pauses said bonus promotion by resuming play on another bonus promotion in the Bonus tab. Order of Funds Used for Wagering:

• After the player’s Account is credited with Bonus Dollars and the player starts a new game session, the Bonus Dollars will be used first to complete Wagering Requirements. Upon completion of Wagering Requirements, any winnings will be credited to the player’s real-money balance, and any subsequent wagers will be debited from the real-money balance.

Withdrawal Restrictions:

Cancellation:

• No action is needed to stop participating in this Promotion. A player who has received Bonus Dollars and wishes to cancel must opt out of the Bonus Dollars, which may be done at any time. If a player opts out before completing the Wagering Requirement, the restricted funds (Bonus Dollars plus winnings derived from it) will be removed from the player’s Account, and any unrestricted funds will be returned in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
