Description of Promotion:

• This is a shared Leaderboard promotion on BetMGM Poker, Borgata Online Poker, and Party Poker where players will earn Leaderboard Points by playing and making the money in GridIron Classic tournaments.
• Players can only earn prizes on one (1) poker account. For example, if a player wagers on both BetMGM, Borgata Online, and Party Poker accounts, only the account in which a higher placed position is held will be eligible for any prize.
• Participate in BetMGM’s GridIron Classic Leaderboard promotion for a chance to win your share of $1,000 in Casino Bonuses. Prizes will be awarded to the top 5 GridIron Classic Leaderboard point earners across the duration of the tournament series (September 9, 2026 – September 14, 2026).

Promotion Period:

• This Promotion is available to qualifying participants from September 9, 2026, 12:01 AM EST through September 14, 2026, 11:59 PM EST unless terminated earlier by BetMGM, LLC and Borgata Online and Party Poker.

Eligibility:

• Players with online BetMGM and Borgata Online and Party accounts. Existing customers only.
• To be eligible, players must be 21 years of age or older and playing physically within the state/province of New Jersey, Michigan, or Pennsylvania, not be on an exclusion or self-exclusion list, and not otherwise be an Unauthorized Person (as defined in the Terms of Service).
• All personal and contact data associated to the player’s account must be verifiable.
• Employees, officers, directors, members, and representatives of BetMGM, LLC (“Sponsor”), its parent and affiliate companies, and any advertising agency or web company connected with Sponsor, as well as immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such person, are not eligible to participate in this Promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants. Sponsor additionally reserves the right to refuse or otherwise restrict the eligibility of any individual to participate in this Promotion for any reason, in its sole discretion, including based on a participant’s wagering patterns or wagering history.
• Any individual with a BetMGM or Borgata Online or Party account on any product in one or more jurisdictions where BetMGM or Borgata Online or Party operates that has been involuntarily closed, suspended (including any accounts in cool-off status), or where such account has been marked as fraudulent, is ineligible to participate in, and/or receive a prize, for this Promotion even where such entrant may seek entry in this Promotion through an active account in another jurisdiction.

• These Terms and Conditions may be modified by BetMGM, LLC or Borgata Online or Party at any time by posting the modified terms on the relevant page(s) of Sponsor’s website. Sponsor recommends players to revisit these Terms and Conditions regularly. By player’s continued participation in this Promotion, player accepts any such modified terms.

Claiming Promotional Offer:

• Players must register and participate in qualifying GridIron Classic tournament(s) in order to earn GridIron Classic Leaderboard points. In order for players to get rewarded leaderboard points, players MUST make the money in Qualifying GridIron Classic tournaments. • For every Qualifying GRIDIRON CLASSIC Tournament that a player makes the money, players will earn GRIDIRON CLASSIC Leaderboard points. Sponsor will keep track of player’s points and rank each player on Sponsor’s GRIDIRON CLASSIC Leaderboard.
• Satellite tournaments will not earn leaderboard points.
• Sponsor will use the following calculation to determine each player’s points for each Qualifying GRIDIRON CLASSIC Tournament that player plays in.
  • Leaderboard Points = 10 * [√n/√rank]
    • n = number of registered players + reentries. (re buys into the tournament do NOT count towards “n”).
    • rank = finishing position (players can only finish with one rank after the conclusion of a tournament, even if the same player re-entered).
    • Only players that make the money in a tournament will be awarded leaderboard points.
  • Explanation of the formula: Scaling by the number of players (n) and their ranking. The square root is used to smooth the progression so that large numbers (either players or rank differences) don't have an exaggerated impact.
• At the end of the GridIron Classic (i.e., at 11:59:59 PM Eastern Time) during the Promotional Period, prizes will be awarded to the top 5 GRIDIRON CLASSIC Leaderboard point earners.
• Winners of this Promotion will be credited their winnings as Casino Bonus Dollars within twenty-four (24) hours after the conclusion of the Promotional Period.
• In the event of a tie, between the winning positions from Rank 1 through 5, prizes will be awarded in full to all tied players.
• Gridiron Classic Leaderboard Pay-Outs
  • First Place: $500 Casino Bonus, subject to a 15x wagering requirement. Casino bonuses expire 7 days after issuance.
  • Second Place: $250 Casino Bonus, subject to a 15x wagering requirement. Casino bonuses expire 7 days after issuance.
  • Third Place: $150 Casino Bonus, subject to a 15x wagering requirement. Casino bonuses expire 7 days after issuance.
  • Fourth Place: $50 Casino Bonus, subject to a 15x wagering requirement. Casino bonuses expire 7 days after issuance.

    • Casino Bonus will be credited to players’ Accounts within 24 hours, available for immediate use.

Registration Procedure:

• Tournaments are listed in the tournament lobby.
• Players must register and participate in GRIDIRON CLASSIC tournament(s) in order to earn GRIDIRON CLASSIC Leaderboard points.
• To create a BetMGM or Borgata Online or Party account, select “Register” and fill out the online registration form. Provide your first and last name, email, date of birth, account name and password, SSN, phone number, and address. You may be prompted to create two security questions. Please remember your security questions and answers as you may need them in the future if you forget your password.
• All information must be valid in order for the account to be verified. You cannot place a wager until your account is verified.

Limitations on Participation:

• Players will earn Leaderboard points by participating in qualifying GRIDIRON CLASSIC Tournaments.
• Casino Bonus prizes will be credited to players BetMGM or Borgata Online or Party account within twenty-four (24) hours.
• Promotion is subject at all times to the then-current terms and conditions of the BetMGM Rewards program.
• Any other restrictions in the Promoter’s Terms of Service which are not inconsistent with the Terms and Conditions of this Sports Promotion shall also apply.
• BRP are subject at all times to the then-current terms and conditions of the BetMGM Rewards program.
• If the participant is targeted by a promotional campaign in more than one eligible jurisdiction, and if the participant opts to participate in the campaign in multiple eligible jurisdictions, any rewards, credits, or other indicators of value (“Rewards”) that the participant earns through successful gameplay (including progress toward any such Rewards) will not transfer from one eligible jurisdiction to another.
• For example, if the participant opts into a promotional campaign and engages in gameplay in New Jersey, the participant is able to earn a Reward in New Jersey as a result of any successful gameplay that takes place while the participant is physically located in New Jersey. If the participant also opts into the same campaign in Michigan, and the participant engages in gameplay in Michigan, the participant is able to earn a separate Reward in Michigan for the successful gameplay that occurs while the participant is physically located in Michigan. Any progress made toward Rewards in New Jersey cannot be combined with or counted toward Rewards in Michigan, and vice versa. In other words, Rewards earned in one jurisdiction may not be combined with Rewards earned in another jurisdiction.

Wagering Requirements:

• The wagering requirement is 15x the Casino Bonus amount. For every $1 in Casino Bonus, the player must wager $15.
• The player has 7 days following the Casino Bonus activation to complete the Wagering Requirement.
• Players can opt in to multiple bonus promotions at any given time, however, they can only contribute to wagering requirements or release restrictions for one (1) bonus promotion at a time. Wagering Requirements and release restrictions apply to the first activated bonus promotion unless the player pauses said bonus promotion by resuming play on another bonus promotion in the Bonus tab. Players can resume bonus promotions multiple times until they expire or are no longer eligible for such bonus promotion.
• Should players opt out of this Promotion prior to completing the Wagering Requirement, the Casino Bonus and winnings derived from Casino Bonus will permanently forfeit and be removed from the player’s Account.
• GAME CONTRIBUTIONS TOWARD BONUS WAGERING
  • The percentage of your wager that counts toward your Wagering Requirement varies based on the game you are playing. Here are the percentages:
    • Slots, Jackpot Slots, Scratch Cards, Fixed Odds Games, Virtual Games: 100%
      • For Example: If I play $125 on Scratch Games → I release it, as they count 100%.
    • Table, Roulette, Live Dealer (All Games), Video Poker, Baccarat, Craps: 20%
      • For Example: If I play $125 on Roulette → Only $20 is counted, as Roulette counts 20%.
    • Blackjack (Non-Live Dealer Only): 10%
      • For Example: If I play $125 on Blackjack → Only $12.50 is counted, as Blackjack counts 10%.
• Gridiron Classic prizes are awarded within twenty-four (24) hours at the conclusion of the Promotional Period.

Order of Funds Used for Wagering:

• Players may use real money funds, tournament tickets, or tournament dollars to buy into GridIron Classic tournaments.
• After the player’s Account is credited with Casino Bonus and the player starts a new game session, the Casino Bonus will be used first to complete Wagering Requirements. Upon completion of Wagering Requirements, any winnings will be credited to the player’s real-money balance, and any subsequent wagers will be debited from the real-money balance.

Eligible Games:

• Gridiron Classic tournaments
• Casino Bonus valid on all casino games, excluding live dealer games.

Restrictions on Withdrawal:

• To cash out Casino Bonus and associated winnings, players must first complete the Casino Bonus Wagering Requirement.
• If you have an active bonus promotion, your next deposit funds may be restricted to the wagering contributions of the active bonus promotion. Restricted funds are not eligible for withdrawal until the Wagering Requirement of this Promotion is met. You can check your available funds for withdrawal through My Account > My Balance.
• Please review your Account for any active bonus promotion before making a deposit and placing wagers to avoid restrictions. If you would like to drop an active bonus promotion, please go here.
• Casino Bonus can only be redeemed via the BetMGM Casino website or mobile application and must be used within the respective time frame listed above after being credited to your Account.

Cancellation:

• If a player no longer wants to participate in this promotion, there is no action needed to cancel the promotion. If the player received a bonus from this promotion and elects to proceed with cancellation, the player must opt out of the bonus received. Players can opt out of bonus at any time. Should player opt out of the bonus prior to completing the wagering requirement, the amount of restricted funds (bonus + winnings derived from the bonus) will be removed from the player’s interactive gaming account. The unrestricted funds remaining in a player's interactive gaming account will be returned in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
• Upon request for cancellation, BetMGM will inform the player of the amount of unrestricted funds that will be returned upon cancellation and the value of restricted funds that will be removed from the participant’s Account. If the participant elects to proceed with cancellation, unrestricted funds remaining in a participant’s interactive gaming account will be returned in accordance with the terms and conditions.

• Sponsor reserves the right to alter, discontinue or terminate this Promotion, or any aspect of it, at any time, with or without notice, in the event that the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including without limitation if there has been any printing, production, distribution or other error in any promotion communication or on the platform, or where there has been any error in the preparation for or conduct of any promotion affecting the result of this Promotion or the number of participants or the value of claims.
• Sponsor reserves the right to suspend, change or cancel this Promotion in its entirety or exclude any individual or individuals from participation if it determines at its sole discretion that there is fraud or there are any irregularities or abuses occurring in connection with this Promotion.
• Upon request for cancellation, Sponsor will inform the player of the amount of unrestricted funds that will be returned upon cancellation and the value of restricted funds that will be removed from the participant’s Account. If the participant elects to proceed with cancellation, unrestricted funds remaining in a participant’s interactive gaming account will be returned in accordance with the terms and conditions.
