• Casino Bonus Promotion runs June 12 – June 27, 2025. Each day players who earn at least 25 BRPs playing poker cash games or tournaments during the promotional period will be able to access Casino Bonus Promotion. Players may only participate once a day.

Promotion Period:

Eligibility:

• This Promotion is open to all BORGATA ONLINE players playing within the state of Pennsylvania or New Jersey on the BORGATA ONLINE website or mobile application.
• To be eligible, players must be 21 years of age or older and playing physically within the state of Pennsylvania or New Jersey not be on an exclusion or self-exclusion list, and not otherwise be an Unauthorized Person (as defined in the Terms of Service).
• All personal and contact data associated to the player’s account must be verifiable.
• Employees, officers, directors, members, and representatives of Borgata, LLC (“Sponsor”), its parent and affiliate companies, and any advertising agency or web company connected with Sponsor, as well as immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such person, are not eligible to participate in this Promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants. Sponsor additionally reserves the right to refuse or otherwise restrict the eligibility of any individual to participate in this Promotion for any reason, in its sole discretion, including based on a participant’s wagering patterns or wagering history.

Claiming Promotional Offer:

• To qualify for the promotion, players must opt in once during the promotional period and can claim the promotion by earning at least 25 BRPs each day between 12:01 AM and 11:59 PM during the Promotional Period. Players must earn BRPs by playing any real money poker games. Players may only participate once a day.
• Opt in once during the promotional period. Every day during the promotional period, for every 25 BRPs players earn playing real money poker, they will get a $5 casino bonus subject to a 15x wagering requirement valid for 7 days – players may earn up to in $10 casino bonus per day.

Registration Procedure:

• Players must opt in once during the promotional period and play real money poker games earning 25 BRPs daily.
• Player must be a registered user of the BORGATA ONLINE website or mobile application.
• To Create a Borgata Online account, select “Register” and fill out the online registration form. Provide your first and last name, email, date of birth, account name and password, SSN, phone number, and address. You may be prompted to create two security questions. Please remember your security questions and answers as you may need them in the future if you forget your password.
• All information must be valid in order for the account to be verified. You cannot place a wager until your account is verified.

Limitations on Participation:

• Players may only participate once a day.
• Casino Bonus prizes will be credited to players BETMGM account within twenty-four (24) hours.
• Promotion is subject at all times to the then-current terms and conditions of the BetMGM Rewards program.

Wagering Requirements:

• Players must earn at least 25 BRPs from real money poker games to access the Casino Bonus Promotion.
• The wagering requirement is 15x the Casino Bonus amount. For every $1 in Casino Bonus, the player must wager $15.
• The player has 7 days following the Casino Bonus activation to complete the Wagering Requirement.
• Players can opt in to multiple bonus promotions at any given time, however, they can only contribute to wagering requirements or release restrictions for one (1) bonus promotion at a time. Wagering Requirements and release restrictions apply to the first activated bonus promotion unless the player pauses said bonus promotion by resuming play on another bonus promotion in the Bonus tab. Players can resume bonus promotions multiple times until they expire or are no longer eligible for such bonus promotion.
• Should players opt out of this Promotion prior to completing the Wagering Requirement, the Casino Bonus and winnings derived from Casino Bonus will permanently forfeit and be removed from the player’s Account.

Order of Funds Used for Wagering:

• Players will need to use real money to earn 25 BRPs playing real money poker.
• After the player’s Account is credited with Casino Bonus and the player starts a new game session, the Casino Bonus will be used first to complete Wagering Requirements. Upon completion of Wagering Requirements, any winnings will be credited to the player’s real-money balance, and any subsequent wagers will be debited from the real-money balance.

Eligible Games:

• Earn BRPs by playing any real money poker games.
• Casino Bonus valid on all casino games, excluding live dealer games.

Restrictions on Withdrawal:

• To cash out Casino Bonus and associated winnings, players must first complete the Casino Bonus Wagering Requirement.
• If you have an active bonus promotion, your next deposit funds may be restricted to the wagering contributions of the active bonus promotion. Cancellation:

• If a player no longer wants to participate in this promotion, there is no action needed to cancel the promotion. Should player opt out of the bonus prior to completing the wagering requirement, the amount of restricted funds (bonus + winnings derived from the bonus) will be removed from the player’s interactive gaming account. A Force Majeure Event expressly includes (i) an outbreak or resurgence of COVID-19 (as defined by the World Health Organization, which, together with any related strains, variants and mutations thereof and other similar infectious diseases, are collectively referred to herein as “COVID-19”), or (ii) action, order, regulation or guidance taken or issued by a government authority in response to an actual or threatened outbreak or resurgence of COVID-19.
• Released Parties are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by participants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Promotion; (ii) technical, hardware, software, or telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions which may limit or interfere with a participant’s ability to take part in this Promotion; (iii) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process of this Promotion; (iv) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of this Promotion or the processing of entries; (v) late, lost, delayed, misdirected, incomplete, unreadable, inaccurate, undeliverable, damaged or stolen entries or notices (including winner notifications, if applicable); (vi) data corruption, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to or alteration of entry or other materials; (vii) any printing, typographical, human, administrative or technical errors or omissions in any material associated with this Promotion; (viii) any injury, loss, costs, expenses or damages to persons or property (including, but not limited to, damage to any computer system or mobile device related to participation in, accessing or downloading information related to this Promotion) which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participant’s participation in this Promotion or any related activity; (ix) any illegal activity by participant or anyone acting in concert with participant; and/or (x) any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitutions or any act or omissions whatsoever by any persons.

• Sponsor reserves the right to suspend, change or cancel this Promotion in its entirety or exclude any individual or individuals from participation if it determines at its sole discretion that there is fraud or there are any irregularities or abuses occurring in connection with this Promotion.
• Upon request for cancellation, Sponsor will inform the player of the amount of unrestricted funds that will be returned upon cancellation and the value of restricted funds that will be removed from the participant’s Account. If the participant elects to proceed with cancellation, unrestricted funds remaining in a participant’s interactive gaming account will be returned in accordance with the terms and conditions.
