Description of Promotion:

• Sit & Go games are single table tournaments that start once all the seats at the table are filled, meaning there are no scheduled start times.
• Typically, Sit & Go tournaments take less than an hour to complete.

Eligibility:

• Player must be over 21 years of age and be playing within the state of Pennsylvania.
• Players with online Borgata PA accounts playing on downloadable poker client and/or mobile poker app.
• All personal and contact data associated with player’s account must be verifiable.

Sit & Go Tournament Rules:

• Sit & Go’s will start once all seats are filled.
• The Rules may be modified by us at any time by posting the modified terms on the relevant page(s) of the platform.
• General Network rules apply.
• General Network terms and conditions apply.

Registration Procedure:

• Online Borgata players in Pennsylvania with accounts in good standing are eligible to participate in Sit & Go tournaments.
• Login into your Borgata PA online account While in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Register for Sit & Go tournament(s) via cash buy-in or tournament dollars or tournament tickets.

Limitations on Participation:

• Account must be active and in good standing (i.e., must not be on any exclusionary lists).

Poker Bonus Requirements:

• N/A

Order of Funds Used for Wagering:

• N/A

Eligible Games:

• All 2 handed and 6 handed Sit & Go’s.

Restrictions on Withdrawal:

• Cash, Sit & Go Tournament tickets and Tournament Dollars may be used to buy into online tournaments.
• Sit & Go Tournament tickets are non-negotiable and non-transferable.

Cancellation:

• Tournament schedule is subject to and conditional upon the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board’s continuing regulatory approval of the Borgata PA Poker site. Should such regulatory approval be withdrawn for any reason prior to the end of the tournament(s), the tournament(s) shall be null and void.
• Borgata PA reserves the right to change or cancel this tournament in its entirety or exclude any individual or individuals from participation if it determines at its sole discretion that there are any irregularities or abuses occurring in connection with the tournament.
