Description of Promotion:

• Poker Tournament Series: Borgata Spring Poker Open Qualifiers.
• Poker Tournament: Hybrid Tournament – $1,000 buy in with a $200,000 Guaranteed prize pool.
• Hybrid tournament starts online and finishes the final table live at Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa in Atlantic City (final 7 players), live streamed at Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa in Atlantic City on April 30, 2026.
• Each tournament in this Promotion is an individual event, following our everyday tournament process.

Promotional Period:

• Tournaments: Additional tournaments scheduled from March 29, 2026, at 12:00 AM EST – May 8, 2026, at 11:59 PM EST.

Eligibility:

• To be eligible, you must be 21 years of age or older, be a legal resident of the 50 states + DC, be playing within the state of Pennsylvania or New Jersey and have an active KYC-verified Borgata Online Poker account.
• Employees, officers, directors, members, and representatives of BetMGM, LLC (“Sponsor”), its parent and affiliate companies, and any advertising agency or web company connected with Sponsor, as well as immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such person, are not eligible to participate in this Promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants. Sponsor additionally reserves the right to refuse or otherwise restrict the eligibility of any individual to participate in this Promotion for any reason, in its sole discretion, including based on a participant’s wagering patterns or wagering history.
• Any individual with a Sponsor account on any product in one or more jurisdictions where Sponsor operates that has been involuntarily closed, suspended (including any accounts in cool-off status), or where such account has been marked as fraudulent, is ineligible to participate in, and/or receive a prize, for this Promotion even where such entrant may seek entry in this Promotion through an active account in another jurisdiction.
• All personal and contact data associated with player’s account must be verifiable.

Action Required:

• Register for any online qualifier to the Borgata Spring Poker Open or pre-register online for select Borgata Spring Poker Open events.
• These Terms and Conditions may be modified by Sponsor at any time by posting the modified terms on the relevant page(s) of the Borgata website. We recommend you revisit these Terms and Conditions regularly. By your continued participation in this Promotion, player accepts any such modified terms.

Claiming Promotional Offer:

• March 29, 2026, at 12:00 AM EST – May 8, 2026, at 11:59 PM EST, sign in to your Borgata Online Poker account and register for available Borgata Spring Poker Open Qualifiers and Hybrid Tournament using real money, Tournament Dollars, or Tournament Tickets.
• Regularly check the online poker tournament lobby for a complete, up-to-date schedule of BetMGM Poker Championship Qualifiers available.

• Qualifying Borgata Players will have the choice to play any Day 1 flight of the Borgata Championship Event.

• Travel credit of $1,000 will be credited directly to the online qualifier winning player’s account within 24 to 48 hours.
• Players who qualify after April 27, 2026 - $250 Borgata Championship Qualifier winners will receive a Borgata Spring Poker Open Poker Package with an approximate value of $3,200 that includes: a $2,700 entry into the in-person Borgata Almighty Million event to be held at Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa in Atlantic City, NJ from May 3, 2026, through May 8, 2026, $500 travel credit, and BetMGM Swag that can be picked up at Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa.
• Qualifying Borgata Players will have the choice to play any Day 1 flight of the Borgata Championship Event.
• Tournaments at Borgata will have in-person add-ons, which will be credited directly to the online qualifier winning player’s account within 24 - 48 hours.
• Travel credit of $500 will be credited directly to the online qualifier winning player’s account within 24 to 48 hours.
• All $50 Kick Off Qualifier winners will receive a Borgata Spring Poker Open Poker Package with an approximate value of $650 that includes: a $600 entry into the in-person Borgata Kick Off Event to be held at Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa in Atlantic City, NJ from April 23, 2026, through April 27, 2026, $50 travel credit, and BetMGM Swag that can be picked up at Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa.
• Qualifying Borgata Players will have the choice to play any Day 1 flight of the Borgata Kick Off Event.
• Tournaments at Borgata will have in-person add-ons, which will be credited directly to the online qualifier winning player’s account within 24 - 48 hours.
• Travel credit of $50 will be credited directly to the online qualifier winning player’s account within 24 to 48 hours.
• All $50 Almighty Stack Qualifier winners will receive a Borgata Spring Poker Open Poker Package with an approximate value of $550 that includes: a $500 entry into the in-person Borgata Almighty Stack Event to be held at Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa in Atlantic City, NJ from April 30, 2026, through May 4, 2026, $50 travel credit, and BetMGM Swag that can be picked up at Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa.
• Qualifying Borgata Players will have the choice to play any Day 1 flight of the Borgata Almighty Stack Event.
• Tournaments at Borgata will have in-person add-ons, which will be credited directly to the online qualifier winning player’s account within 24 - 48 hours.
• Travel credit of $50 will be credited directly to the online qualifier winning player’s account within 24 to 48 hours.

• Qualifying Borgata Players will have the choice to play any Day 1 flight of the Borgata Mirror Mystery Bounty Event.
• Tournaments at Borgata will have in-person add-ons, which will be credited directly to the online qualifier winning player’s account within 24 - 48 hours.
• Travel credit of $50 will be credited directly to the online qualifier winning player’s account within 24 to 48 hours.
• All $10 Bounty Shootout Qualifier winners will receive a Borgata Spring Poker Open Poker Package with an approximate value of $210 that includes: a $160 entry into the in-person Borgata Bounty Shootout Event to be held at Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa in Atlantic City, NJ on May 4, 2026, $50 travel credit, and BetMGM Swag that can be picked up at Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa.
• Tournaments at Borgata will have in-person add-ons, which will be credited directly to the online qualifier winning player’s account within 24 - 48 hours.
• Travel credit of $50 will be credited directly to the online qualifier winning player’s account within 24 to 48 hours.
• $1,000 Hybrid Tournament starts online on April 26, 2026, plays down to 7 players, and finishes live at Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa with the final 7 players playing a final table which is live streamed at Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa in Atlantic City on April 30, 2026.
• Players who finish in the top 7 of the Hybrid tournament will receive a 2-night hotel room stay at Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa: Check in on April 29, 2026, and check out on May 1, 2026.
• Players who finish in the top 7 of the Hybrid tournament, will also receive a $500 travel credit.
• Travel credit of $500 will be credited directly to the online qualifier winning player’s account within 24 to 48 hours.
• Players who finish in the top 7 of the Hybrid tournament and who are unable to attend the Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa on April 30, 2026, will forfeit their stack.
• For the final 7 players playing the final table at Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa: Blind levels and stacks will be adjusted for a live structure with 40-minute blind levels.
• BetMGM Poker reserves the right and discretion to roll back blinds and chip stacks for a 30 to 40 big blind average for the final table if necessary.
• Players who finish in the top 7 of the Hybrid tournament and play live at Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa on April 30, 2026, will need to sign a release form to play in the final table which is live streamed.
• Players who finish in the top 7 and receive a hotel room stay are responsible and required to present valid government-issued photo identification and must have a credit card to cover incident charges at the Front Desk for check in.
• All packages, entries, and Tournament Tickets are non-negotiable, non-refundable, and non-transferable.
• Players that qualify or register online will not be able to unregister.
• Qualifier and Nightly Satellite winners that are unable to attend Borgata Spring Poker Open at Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa from April 20, 2026, through May 8, 2026, will forfeit their winnings.
• All Borgata Spring Poker Open Poker Package winners will receive an email with general FAQs, information regarding in-person tournament registration.
• Each Borgata Spring Poker Open Poker Package winner will be required to present valid government-issued photo identification and MGM Rewards Card to complete on-property registration for all Borgata events at Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa.
• All winners are responsible for all taxes and related expenses, costs, or fees associated with winnings, including completion of any related tax forms.
• All players and winners that plan on playing multiple events are responsible and must be aware of any overlap in tournaments as packages, entries, and Tournament Tickets are non-negotiable, non-refundable, and non-transferable.
• After a player is eliminated from an online qualifier, the player may re-enter the tournament during the registration period by buying back into the same tournament.

Registration Procedure:

• Online Borgata players in Pennsylvania or New Jersey with accounts in good standing are eligible to participate in Sponsor’s poker tournaments.
• Login into your Borgata online account while in the state of Pennsylvania or New Jersey.
• Register for tournament(s) via cash buy-in or Tournament Dollars or Tournament Tickets.
• To Create a Borgata account, select “Register” and fill out the online registration form. Provide your first and last name, email, date of birth, account name and password, SSN, phone number, and address. You may be prompted to create two security questions. Please remember your security questions and answers as you may need them in the future if you forget your password.
• All information must be valid in order for the account to be verified. You cannot place a wager until your account is verified.

Limitations on Participation:

• Account must be active and in good standing (i.e., must not be on any exclusionary lists).

Wagering Requirements/Exclusions:

• Tournament buy-ins range from $10 to $1,000.

Order of Funds Used for Wagering:

• Register for tournaments via real money cash buy-in or Tournament Dollars or Tournament Tickets.

Eligible Games:

• Check the poker client for Borgata Spring Poker Open Qualifier tournaments.
• Blind structures follow Sponsor’s standard format, with starting chip stack, blind levels, length of levels and number of levels for late registration identified for each event in client and on mobile app, in same format as Sponsor’s standard tournaments.
• Pay-outs are based on total number of entries for each event, and prize pool collected that is less than advertised guarantee will be paid the guaranteed amount.

Restrictions on Withdrawal:

• Real-money, Tournament Tickets and Tournament Dollars may be used to buy into online tournaments.
• Tournament Tickets are non-negotiable, non-refundable, and non-transferable.

Cancellation:

• Players may leave tournaments at any time, remaining chips will not be removed or forfeited. Remaining chips will be blinded out in accordance with the tournament schedule. Players may re-join tournaments at any time, but risk losing some or all their remaining stack.

Important Terms:

• This Promotion is offered subject to and conditional upon the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Gaming Control Board’s continuing regulatory approval of the Borgata site. Should such regulatory approval be withdrawn for any reason prior to the end of the Promotion, this Promotion shall be null and void. Decisions of Sponsor will be final and binding in all matters related to this Promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to change or end any promotion for any reason, including, without limitation, if required for legal and/or regulatory reasons.
• By entering and/or claiming this Promotion, each participant agrees for participant and for participant’s heirs, executors, and administrators (a) to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent and affiliate companies, and any advertising agency or web company connected with Sponsor, and each of their respective officers, directors, and employees (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from such participant’s participation in this Promotion and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the reward(s) or any portion thereof (including any travel related thereto); (b) to defend and indemnify Released Parties from any and all claims or liability resulting or arising from this Promotion and to hereby acknowledge that Released Parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the reward(s), including express warranties provided exclusively by reward provider that are sent along with the reward(s); (c) to the posting of such participant’s name on Sponsor’s website, social media accounts, and/or mobile application and the use by Released Parties of such name, voice, image, and/or likeness for publicity, promotional, and advertising purposes in any and all media now or hereafter known (including, without limitation, on the internet and social media), throughout the world in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification, permission, or approval, and, upon request, to the giving of consent, in writing, to such use; and (d) to be bound by these Terms and Conditions for this Promotion and to waive any right to claim any ambiguity or error therein or in this Promotion itself, and to be bound by all decisions of Sponsor, which are binding and final. • Released Parties shall not be liable to any participant or any other person for failure to supply the reward or any part thereof, by reason of any acts of God, any action(s), regulation(s), order(s), or request(s) by any governmental or quasi-governmental entity (whether or not the action(s), regulation(s), order(s) or request(s) prove(s) to be invalid), equipment failure, terrorist acts, earthquake, war, fire, flood, explosion, epidemic, pandemic, public health emergency, unusually severe weather, hurricane, embargo, labor dispute or strike (whether legal or illegal), labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, work slow-down, civil disturbance, insurrection, riot, or any other cause beyond Sponsor’s sole control (“Force Majeure Event”). A Force Majeure Event expressly includes (i) an outbreak or resurgence of COVID-19 (as defined by the World Health Organization, which, together with any related strains, variants and mutations thereof and other similar infectious diseases, are collectively referred to herein as “COVID-19”), or (ii) action, order, regulation or guidance taken or issued by a government authority in response to an actual or threatened outbreak or resurgence of COVID-19.
• Released Parties are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by participants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Promotion; (ii) technical, hardware, software, or telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions which may limit or interfere with a participant’s ability to take part in this Promotion; (iii) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process of this Promotion; (iv) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of this Promotion or the processing of entries; (v) late, lost, delayed, misdirected, incomplete, unreadable, inaccurate, undeliverable, damaged or stolen entries or notices (including winner notifications, if applicable); (vi) data corruption, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to or alteration of entry or other materials; (vii) any printing, typographical, human, administrative or technical errors or omissions in any material associated with this Promotion; (viii) any injury, loss, costs, expenses or damages to persons or property (including, but not limited to, damage to any computer system or mobile device related to participation in, accessing or downloading information related to this Promotion) which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participant’s participation in this Promotion or any related activity; (ix) any illegal activity by participant or anyone acting in concert with participant; and/or (x) any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitutions or any act or omissions whatsoever by any persons.
• This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
• Sponsor reserves the right to alter, discontinue or terminate this Promotion, or any aspect of it, at any time, with or without notice, in the event that the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including without limitation if there has been any printing, production, distribution or other error in any promotion communication or on the platform, or where there has been any error in the preparation for or conduct of any promotion affecting the result of this Promotion or the number of participants or the value of claims.
• Sponsor reserves the right to suspend, change or cancel this Promotion in its entirety or exclude any individual or individuals from participation if it determines at its sole discretion that there is fraud or there are any irregularities or abuses occurring in connection with this Promotion.
• Upon request for cancellation, Sponsor will inform the player of the amount of unrestricted funds that will be returned upon cancellation and the value of restricted funds that will be removed from the participant’s Account. If the participant elects to proceed with cancellation, unrestricted funds remaining in a participant’s interactive gaming account will be returned in accordance with the terms and conditions.
